Terms of Service
Last updated · June 7, 2026
Welcome to Ideater ("Ideater", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ideater website, feed, and related digital products (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Ideater is a digital subscription product that publishes AI-curated startup opportunities, including problem summaries, market notes, timing rationale, and business model suggestions. The content is generated and curated with the assistance of AI models and provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. It is not business, legal, financial, or investment advice.
2. Accounts
You need an account to access the full feed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Ideater offers a monthly subscription (€9.99/month) and a one-time lifetime plan (€19.99). Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Lifetime plans grant ongoing access for as long as Ideater operates the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Service for personal and internal business purposes. You may not (a) resell, redistribute, or republish the feed in bulk; (b) scrape or automate access in a way that disrupts the Service; (c) use the Service for unlawful activity; or (d) attempt to reverse engineer the platform or bypass paywalls.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its branding, code, and curated presentation of ideas, belongs to Ideater. The underlying startup ideas themselves are not exclusive to you and may be acted on by other users — no exclusivity is granted.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, profitability, or originality of any idea. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the content.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ideater is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by signing out and cancelling any active subscription.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
